Wine on 49 Summer Events

The days are longer, the weather is warmer, and summer fun is just getting started in Sutter Creek! We’ve got an exciting lineup of Wine on 49 events planned throughout June and July, and we’d love for you to join us for great wine, delicious food pairings, and memorable experiences in the heart of Amador County wine country.

Celebrate Dad with Wine on 49 this Father’s Day!

June 21st 2026. Join us for a special Father’s Day weekend experience as we raise a glass to all the dads who make life worth celebrating. In honor of the occasion, the Wine on 49 tasting rooms will be featuring a special BBQ-inspired bite paired with one of the wines in each tasting flight.

Visit multiple tasting rooms throughout Sutter Creek to enjoy a variety of delicious pairings and discover how great wine and classic summer barbecue flavors come together. It’s the perfect way to spend a relaxing afternoon with family, friends, and, of course, Dad.

Come hungry, sip often, and enjoy the ultimate summer BBQ wine experience!

The event is free, but regular wine tasting policies do apply for each of the tasting rooms.

Passport Around the World

July 19th, 2026. Come explore the world of wine—without ever leaving Sutter Creek!

On July 19, embark on a journey through some of Europe’s most celebrated wine regions as each Wine on 49 tasting room transforms into a unique wine destination. From Italy to France and beyond, you’ll experience the flavors, traditions, and character that make these regions famous.

At your first stop, you’ll receive a Wine on 49 passport that grants you access to the experience. As you visit each “region,” you’ll collect a passport stamp and enjoy a specially selected wine paired with a bite inspired by the local cuisine and culture.

Gather your friends, stroll through historic Sutter Creek, and savor a one-of-a-kind afternoon of wine, food, and discovery.

Tickets for this event are $35 which includes a tasting and specialty bite at each Wine on 49 tasting room.
